Community Tute 12 - More Queries Calculate Totals

1. Start Access and open the database we created in the last tute, select the 'Queries' tab and then hit the 'New' button. If you did not compete the last tute you can download the database click here to download.


2. Add the 'Main Table' and the 'ExperienceLevel' field to the query.


3. Display the totals property of the query.


4. Group by the 'ExperienceLevel' and count by the 'ExperienceLevel'


5. Save the query as 'Calculate Totals'


6. View the output.


7. Main database view.
